TRANSPARENT PROPERTY ORIENTATION

Understanding property scores

Two transparent indicators help you compare properties at a glance. They are based exclusively on the information available for each property and provide orientation, not an appraisal or expert report.

Two perspectives. One clearer decision.

The scores condense the available property information into two clearly separated perspectives. Missing information is shown through the data basis, so the result always remains understandable.

What counts as available data?

The data basis shows how many of the relevant rating areas are populated in the current property record. The score only evaluates areas for which usable information is available. Missing data neither improves nor worsens the result.

A simple example

A property with an energy certificate, heat pump, solar system and modern condition receives a well-founded sustainability score. If no energy data is available, the score is based on the remaining available data and the data basis is lower.

Score colours at a glance

80–100: strong profile
65–79: good profile
45–64: developing profile
0–44: limited data or potential for improvement

Fair and transparent classification

The scores are a practical orientation based on the data published for a property. They are not a quality seal and do not replace an energy certificate, a technical inspection, an appraisal or personal advice.
